Bio

Being a 3rd generation real estate agent and having lived on Maui since his 5th birthday, Carter has a deep understanding and connection to both the industry and his beautiful island home. He grew up sailing on the fastest sailboats on Maui, helping his parents start Paragon Sailing Charters (now Sail Maui) and then running that company up until it was sold in 2014 was a great experience in sailing, customers service and managing a small business. Working in EVERY aspect of the company yielded great skills that he applies both personally and professionally.

All the while he was sailing the waters of Maui he was and still is involved with the other family business's, Real Estate deals and Self Storage. From Maui to Hawaii Island and all over the Western Mainland US, he has been apart of deals in commercial, residential, spec homes, luxury, vacant land, developments and just about every other aspect of the industry.

After the sale of the sailing business he has been "rhumb line" focused on helping people achieve their Maui Living dreams. He has the knowledge and experience to help anyone from first time home buyers to investors to developers in the search and purchase of real estate on Maui.
